In a time where Mini-Vans were unheard of, and a truck was a 2-seater work vehicle incapable of taking the family for a ride to the park, a baseball game or the beach…. That is until the Station Wagon came along. The Station Wagon came about to transport people and their luggage to and from train stations. They soon became the way to travel with family or in groups from place to place. Creatures Comforts such as air conditioning, power windows, super comfortable seating with seatbelts that can easily carry up to 9 passengers in complete comfort! Today, the Mini-Van has basically put an end to the Station Wagon but these classic vehicles have become extremely popular these days.. At the same time, they have become very rare especially in pristine condition. like this 1969 Plymouth Satellite Sport Wagon. The 69 Satellite Sport Wagon is basically a “racing grocery-getter”. A Muscle Car version of a family hauler. If it could talk, it would say “I can tow your boat and beat you to the dock” Its 318 engine packs quite a punch.
The condition of this car is well worth mentioning. This is an unrestored original condition wagon car. The paint shines bright and is 100% rust free. All chrome and trim are immaculate. The interior is perfect without a mark to the seats or dash pad. The dash gauges are crystal clear and ALL work as they should.
This well optioned car has ice cold AC and much more.
Only 3152 of these wagons were produced making this car extremely hard to find. The condition of this wagon is exceptional.
This car has a very rare factory option that brings all the attention and is quite rare. The rear seat is power operated and opens both, from top to bottom and from left to right. One more thing..
